IT Recruiter Contractual Role

• Compensation: 10,000 to 15,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can join immediately and support hiring for SAP and related technical positions on a short-term contract basis.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using the Naukri portal and should have previously recruited for SAP roles, particularly positions such as SAP ABAP, SAP SD, SAP CPI Consultant, and Spartacus Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant technical candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle end-to-end sourcing for SAP and technical positions.
• Search, shortlist, and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Work on positions including:
• SAP ABAP Developer
• SAP SD Consultant
• SAP CPI Consultant
• Spartacus Developer
• Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate technical relevance.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding availability, notice period, experience, and compensation expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Share qualified profiles within the required timelines.
• Manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously.

• Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience using the Naukri recruitment portal.
• Experience hiring for SAP and technical positions.
• Experience sourcing candidates for roles such as SAP ABAP, SAP SD, SAP CPI Consultant, and/or Spartacus Developer.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment and candidate screening.
• Good sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Immediate availability to join.
