Role: Regional HR

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Regional HR professional to lead the human capital strategy for our FMCG operations in Mumbai. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR partner for regional business heads, driving end-to-end talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to align workforce planning with aggressive business growth targets. By fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring seamless recruitment operations, you will directly influence the company's ability to scale its market presence and maintain operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance, particularly for large, geographically dispersed sales and distribution teams.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering:

• Align human resources strategies with the regional sales and marketing goals to drive market penetration and revenue.

Talent Acquisition & Planning:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding for corporate functions and frontline sales teams.

Performance Management:

• Facilitate goal setting, mid-year/annual appraisals, and talent calibration to build a high-performance culture.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and drive engagement initiatives to reduce attrition and boost morale.

Capability & Change Management:

• Identify skill gaps, coordinate learning and development (L&D) interventions, and lead change during organizational restructuring.

HR Analytics & Compliance:

• Track HR metrics (e.g., productivity, attrition) and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and governance standards.
