Yumi Kids is looking for a proactive, personable and result-oriented Sales & Client Relations Specialist to grow our return gifts, gifting hampers and event-based personalisation business.

• What Youll Do
• * Build client relationships: Connect with parents, customers, event planners, schools and potential gifting partners through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• * Drive sales: Handle enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable gifting options, share quotations and close orders.
• * Manage return gifting enquiries: Understand budgets, quantities, themes and event requirements to curate relevant gifting solutions.
• * Own the customer experience: Respond to queries, follow up with leads, resolve concerns and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.
• * Develop new business: Identify opportunities with birthday party planners, event organisers, schools, communities and other relevant partners.
• * Represent the brand: Attend meetings and help set up and manage live personalisation and return gifting counters at events.
• * Support brand visibility: Help showcase Yumi Kids at events, build relationships with prospective clients and create awareness around our gifting offerings.
• * Track leads and sales: Maintain client records, follow-ups, order details and sales updates.
• What Were Looking For
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Confidence in speaking to clients, handling objections and closing sales.
• * A proactive, organised and target-oriented approach.
• * Strong follow-up skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• * Willingness to attend client meetings and represent the brand at events.
• * Comfort with calls, WhatsApp, basic spreadsheets and lead tracking.
• * Experience in sales, client servicing, gifting, events or retail will be an advantage.
• Most importantly, were looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys interacting with people and understands that good sales come from trust, relationships and great service.
