We are looking for a Senior Manager - Brand Partnerships & Ad Sales to join our growing team!
 
About the role 
 
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven professional to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role will focus on building and nurturing strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and advertising partners, while identifying opportunities to create long-term value through innovative digital

and video advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, excellent

relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to develop and grow strategic partnerships.

What will you do as a Senior Manager - Brand Partnerships & Ad Sales:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brands, advertising agencies, media agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with brands and agencies to expand VDO.AI's presence in the market.
  • Understand clients' marketing objectives and develop customized advertising and partnership solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Own the partnership lifecycle end-to-end — from initial engagement and pitching to negotiation, execution, and relationship management.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership concepts for prospective and existing partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership to deliver effective partnership solutions.
  • Manage strategic accounts and ensure strong relationships, engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging advertising formats, competitor activity, and evolving digital advertising practices to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across brands, agencies, and the broader advertising ecosystem. 
  • Represent VDO.AI at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen the company's presence and develop meaningful industry relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic accounts, market expansion, and new partnership

    initiatives. 

  • Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to deepen and expand existing

    relationships.

    • What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, digital advertising, media, ad-tech, agency, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong network and relationships with brands, media agencies, advertising agencies, or marketing decision-makers. 
  • Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into relevant and impactful solutions.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to build meaningful, long-term partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
