Functional Consultant II

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Provide support throughout the testing lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback
• Foster strong relationships with clients by actively engaging with them
• Provide functional support to clients by addressing their queries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of functional requirements and client communications

Qualifications Required:

• Functional experience in Retail or corporate banking areas, with Banking Pricing and Billing, Rates and Fees domain knowledge
• Define functional and business architecture within the context of the overall enterprise business framework
• Support and align efforts to meet customer business needs as part of software delivery
• Basic understanding of Cloud architecture, API's, and Database
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Jira Tool
