Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our Delhi office as the Head of Talent Management. In this strategic capacity, you will serve as the architect of our human capital framework, overseeing the entire lifecycle of our high-potential workforce. You will work closely with the C-suite and business unit heads to align talent strategies with long-term organizational goals, ensuring that our leadership pipeline is robust and our culture remains high-performing. By leveraging data-driven insights and sophisticated HR systems, you will directly influence business outcomes, driving organizational agility and ensuring we remain an employer of choice in a competitive landscape.

Role Summary:

Own the enterprise Talent Management agenda across talent review, succession planning, career pathways, high-potential talent, early-career talent, Talent to Value, Group talent policies and analytics.

• Develop and implement forward-thinking HR policies that foster a culture of inclusivity, compliance, and high performance across all departments.
• Utilize advanced HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders that optimize talent deployment and retention.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that resonate with a diverse workforce, strengthening organizational commitment and morale.

Enterprise Talent Strategy:

- Define Group TM strategy, governance and annual priorities linked to business strategy.
- Advise senior governance forums on talent risks, pipeline health and investment choices.
Talent Review & Succession:
- Own LA-LC talent review architecture and succession planning for LA-LC critical roles.
- Govern successor readiness and development plans for LA/LB and identified LC successors.
Career, HiPo & Talent to Value:
- Set career pathway, mobility and HiPo philosophy.
- Lead Talent to Value deployment and differentiated talent actions.
Early Career & Talent Experience:
- Set governance for GMT/GET/GFT/MT lifecycle, engagement, attrition insights and talent policies.
Portfolio Leadership & Analytics:
- Lead module heads, portfolio budget, partners, technology and executive talent dashboards.
Background, Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Relevant Industry Experience: 18+ years in HR with enterprise Talent Management leadership experience.
