Marketing Associate

We&aposre looking for a young, driven marketer to take end-to-end ownership of key marketing channels for a B2B SaaS startup based out of Mumbai. Youll work directly with the founder, drive growth experiments, and constantly measure, iterate, and improve performance.

What You&aposll Do

1. SEO & Content Writing

• Write SEO blogs to drive traffic and improve search rankings
• Research keywords, competitors, and content gaps
• Own blog performance traffic, engagement, leads

2. LinkedIn Outreach & Profile Management

• Manage founders LinkedIn: posts, engagement, and DMs
• Execute outreach to clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Track outcomes and optimize for conversions

3. Email Marketing

• Create and send newsletters, poster campaigns, and updates
• Manage email lists, design creatives (using Canva), and measure performance
  

4. Champions Referral Program

• Run and grow our referral program for users and partners
• Engage with referrers, track performance, and drive referrals

Key Expectation

You will own these marketing channels end-to-end from planning to execution, and from measuring results to continuous improvement. Were looking for someone who can experiment, learn, and scale what works.

Who You Are

• 24 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth roles
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Hands-on with SEO tools, Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data and experimentation
• Self-starter, eager to grow, and willing to take full ownership
• Based in Mumbai and open to working from our office
