Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ZappHire to lead talent sourcing for our global clients. You will be the engine behind identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across international markets

What You Will Do:

• Global Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates across global markets using advanced sourcing techniques, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned global opportunities, from initial intake and job posting to screening, interviewing, and closures.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a transparent, engaging, and positive journey for all candidates, reflecting ZappHires commitment to candidate care and employer branding.
• Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and use our advanced analytics dashboard to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing, specifically hiring for global startups or international clients.
• Versatility: Experience recruiting for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations, strategy) roles.
• Global Acumen: A strong understanding of international hiring markets, cultural nuances, and compensation trends.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools. (Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools is a major plus!)
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships with global stakeholders and candidates.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and values accountability.
