Responsibilities

The ODM serves as primary point of contact for Zeapl.ais enterprise customers/ internal business

teams throughout implementation and successful go-live journey

Provide functional leadership while guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations.

Clearly understand customer business challenges and use cases

Serve as an advocate and escalation point and ensure issues are being addressed

Demonstrate benefits of the Zeapl.ai platform to address customer challenges

Configure Zeapl.ai Platform according to Best Practices for quick Time to Value

Perform testing on platform to ensure accurate configuration

Provide expertise and guidance to Zeapl.ai partners/customers/internal business teams

Ensure timely delivery of assigned implementation

Create Project Plans - measure, track & report progress against the plans

Manage Zeapl.ai project team resources and their day-to-day project tasks

Serve as an escalation point for Customers on project issues, Zeapl.ai project team members or issues

related to performance of the Zeapl.ai applications

Manage scope, resources and project budget according to the SOW and apply Change Requests as

necessary

Build relationships and partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales & Customer

Success

Continuous review and improvement of methodology and delivery best practices- encouraging

innovation in technology and process

Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to refine best practices

Requirements

3 - 5 years of experience in functional consulting, professional services, and/or project management

Experience with successfully managing SaaS implementations / Conversational AI implementations

such as Infobip, Zoho, Lead squared for multiple enterprise customers

Strong Project execution and project management skills

Functional Consulting experience

Experience in defining business requirements and additional scope for change requests and expansion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in managing IT, consulting, or SaaS projects/implementations

Strong resource planning

Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Direct hands-on experience with enterprise-grade conversational AI, low code, SaaS and project

management technology is a plus
