What Youll Own

Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end hiring across Technology, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build quality talent pipelines.
• Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment partners, and other channels.
• 
  Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Employee Experience & People Programs

• Own the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and support managers throughout the process.
• Plan and execute learning initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee development programs.

Employer Branding

• Build and strengthen Zeapl.ais employer brand across LinkedIn and other talent platforms.
• Showcase life at Zeapl.ai.
• Drive campus hiring, referral programs, and talent community initiatives.

HR Projects & Analytics

• Prepare hiring and people dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze hiring trends, employee feedback, and engagement metrics.
• Continuously improve HR processes through automation and AI-powered tools.

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist/People roles.
• Has successfully hired for Technology and Business functions.
• Enjoys building culture and creating exceptional employee experiences.
• Is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Embraces AI and modern technology to improve productivity and HR processes.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology startup will be an added advantage.
