What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with strong Salesforce (SFDC) domain expertise to lead quality assurance strategy and test automation across Sales, Service, and integrated enterprise platforms. This role requires hands‑on experience with modern test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca or Playwright, applied thoughtfully to Salesforce‑centric and web‑based applications. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions by leveraging automation, API testing, AI‑assisted development techniques, and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment

Salesforce‑Focused Quality Assurance Strategy

  • Lead QA efforts for Salesforce (SFDC) platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, validations, and integrations.
  • Apply risk‑based, business‑process‑driven testing aligned to CRM, sales operations, marketing, and customer service use cases.

Test Automation (Tosca or Playwright)

  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca or Playwright for Salesforce and web applications.
  • Use Tosca (model‑based automation, Vision AI, API testing) to support enterprise‑scale regression and integration testing where applicable.
  • Use Playwright to implement robust, code‑based UI automation, focusing on speed, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted / “vibe coding” approaches using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor to accelerate development and iteration of Playwright automation scripts, while ensuring code quality, readability, and long‑term maintainability.
  • Apply the right automation approach for the use case, balancing low‑code and code‑based strategies.

API, Integration & End‑to‑End Testing

  • Validate Salesforce integrations using API testing (REST/SOAP), middleware, and downstream enterprise systems.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end test coverage across Salesforce, web applications, and integrated platforms.

CI/CD, Release Quality & Agile Collaboration

  • Integrate Tosca or Playwright automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Flosum, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Enable unattended and parallel execution with clear, actionable reporting and dashboards.
  • Establish and enforce quality gates for Salesforce and web application releases.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with a quality‑first mindset.

Test Data, Defect Management & Stakeholder Communication

  • Drive Salesforce‑specific test data strategies, including reusable and dynamic test data.
  • Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessments.
  • Communicate quality insights and release readiness clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Enablement & Best Practices

  • Coach teams on Salesforce QA best practices, automation standards, and scalable test design.
  • Promote consistency, reusability, and maintainability across test assets and frameworks.
  • Required

    • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
    • 4+ years of hands‑on QA experience, with strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC) platforms.
    • Proven experience testing Salesforce business processes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM workflows).
    • Hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca or Playwright for test automation.
    • Strong understanding of automation framework design, test stability, and maintainability.
    • Experience with API and integration testing.
    • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum practices.
    • Experience with JIRA and test management tools such as ALM Quality Center or qTest.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

    Preferred

    • Salesforce certifications or formal Salesforce training (Admin, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
    • Experience testing Salesforce integrations with ERP, e‑commerce, or middleware platforms.
    • Tosca certifications (AS2, AE2, TDS1/TDS2).
    • Experience optimizing Playwright test suites for performance and parallel execution.
    • Knowledge of AI‑assisted / “vibe coding” techniques using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor for developing and accelerating Playwright automation scripts.
    • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service domains.
