Branch Service Incharge

Manage after-sales service operations for IT / Consumer Electronics products at the branch level.
Coordinate with authorized service centers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate service center performance, including Turnaround Time (TAT) and pending cases.
Track and improve customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
Lead, guide, and manage the branch service team.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports using MS Excel.
Ensure adherence to company service policies, warranty guidelines, and SOPs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
35 years of experience in after-sales service operations in the IT or Consumer Electronics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Experience in managing service centers and field/service teams.
Good understanding of TAT management, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Ability to handle customer escalations and work under pressure.
Result-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
