Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary SPOC between internal teams for seamless communication and coordination.
• Assist in planning, assigning, and tracking tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the team in workflow and project management, maintaining updates on progress.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Maintain and circulate MIS reports, trackers, and documentation for management review.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project-related documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management background preferred).
• 13 years of experience in coordination, project management, or team support role.
• Minimun Age should be above 25
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
