We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with proficiency in Hindi to manage warehouse-related accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily accounting records related to warehouse operations
Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
Manage stock accounting and reconcile inventory with financial records
Coordinate with warehouse team for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and dispatch entries
Track and record expenses related to logistics and transportation
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial statements
Assist in GST documentation and compliance
Communicate with vendors and internal teams in Hindi and English
Support audits by providing required documents and reports
Key Skills Required
Good knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Additional Certification In Accounting (preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Additional Requirements
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics accounting is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
