Job Description
Role & responsibilities
:
- Strong knowledge in Surveillance products (Analog / IP cameras, Smart Cam, DVR, NVR, XVR, POE Switch, SMPS, Cables & Connectors).
- Provide technical support and resolutions on Hardware and Software related issues through phone or email.
- Speaking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem and quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Troubleshoot to ensure all customers issues are resolved timely, support including installation guide, function demonstration, operation guide and etc.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with a high support line: Test & Development Center, Service team and Sales Team.
- Perform product inspection, test and troubleshoot returned products.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Preferred candidate profile :
- It is mandatory for the candidate Have spoken Hindi Proficiency.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic systems and components.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to support product testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
