Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete warehouse operations inward, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts & audits
- Drive on-time order fulfillment and TAT adherence
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize shrinkage/damages
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, supervisors & contractual workforce
- Monitor warehouse KPIs productivity, fill rate, order accuracy, inventory variance
- Coordinate with transporters & logistics partners for timely dispatch
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations
- Work closely with ERP/WMS systems for tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous process improvements and cost optimization
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations
- Experience in Consumer Electronics / FMCG / Retail / High SKU environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
- Team handling experience (150+ workforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MIS reporting
