Application Support Engineer

Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Application Support Engineer with experience in MEAN/MERN stack applications to provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and application maintenance. The candidate will work closely with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure application stability, availability, and performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting enterprise web applications built on MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, and Node.js, along with strong troubleshooting, debugging, and SQL/database skills.
