PAYROLL AND EMPLOYEE REIMBURSEMENTS

As the Payroll and Employee Reimbursements expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial well-being of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and verifying employee expense claims, maintaining detailed records, and submitting reimbursement requests for approval. Additionally, you will provide timely updates to employees regarding their expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall budgeting and tracking of employee expense spending, making you an integral part of our financial operations.
Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all employee expenses and reimbursements, including receipts.
• Prepare and submit reimbursement requests for timely approval and payment.
• Provide clear and prompt updates to employees on the status of their expense claims.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations in all reimbursement processes.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee expense claims.
• Collaborate with the finance team to contribute to the overall budgeting and tracking of expenses.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee financial information.
  
• Stay updated with changing policies and regulations to maintain compliance.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
