Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, creating business development plans, coordinating with the marketing team, and preparing proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

• Experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to or work from Indore
