Role: HR Manager( TA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring Pan India.
• Collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless execution.
• Execute recruitment for sales, collections, and other key positions, within the NBFC, Banking or Lending industry.
• Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet current and future talent demands.
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business or management. MBA HR Is an add on
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience inTA.
• Proven experience in volume hiring, mass hiring, and managing talent acquisition in a non-IT environment.
• Strong expertise in NBFC, Banking or lending domain hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in high-pressure environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
• Excellent command on excel and ease to create powerpoint presentations is a must
