Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery within scope.
- Be the sole Point of contact for all the customer issues related to the the digitalisation programs.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate and manage project resources effectively.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve overall project quality.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure timely communication & visibility of the charters across the stakeholder group.
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management
- Experience with JIRA/ Asana/ Freshservice & related tools
- Experience of software development lifecycle and observability concepts
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Mechanical/ Civil/ Industrial engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
