Role Summary

The Assistant Manager/Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Corporate Functions, Finance roles, and Leadership hiring across the organization. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, employer branding support, and the ability to drive quality hiring within defined timelines.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
• 2. Handle hiring for Corporate Functions, Finance, Shared Services, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources etc.
• 3. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and executive search channels.
• 4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
• 5. Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• 6. Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and compensation benchmarking.
• 7. Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• 8. Support senior management and leadership recruitment initiatives.
• 9. Coordinate with search firms and external recruitment partners when required.
• 10. Ensure high-quality candidate experience for leadership-level hires.
• 11. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• 12. Monitor key recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
• 13. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
• 14. Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis for strategic hiring needs.
• 15. Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment practices.
• Skills and Expertise
• 1. Post Graduate in HR with 5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Corporate, Finance and Leadership hiring.
• 2. Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• 3. Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• 4. Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• 5. Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
• 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 7. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• 8. Proficiency in ATS and HRMS platforms.
