- Lead Vetting & Qualification: Perform initial screening and vetting for a high volume of new brand leads (including those from international partner events) to determine budget alignment and partnership fit.
- Sales Support & RFPs: Assist Account Executives in drafting basic RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and preparing sales collateral to move prospects through the funnel to Booked revenue.
- Campaign Execution: Handle the administrative setup and execution of affiliate campaigns, ensuring all tracking links, creative assets, and flat-fee placements are correctly deployed.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities.
- Team Sustainability: Provide administrative relief for affiliate selling team members, managing the execution-heavy tasks that allow the broader team to scale toward aggressive quarterly goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Asana to ensure the sales pipeline is tracked with precision and reflects real-time progress.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing. Experience in Affiliate Marketing or the tech industry is a significant plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas) and use of AI in workflows is required. Familiarity with Salesforce or affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten) is preferred.
- Language: Confident verbal and written English communication skills.
