Key Responsibilities

• ● Advise clients on unlisted shares, pre-IPO deals, and private market opportunities
• ● Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors
• ● Conduct research on private companies, valuations, deals and market trends
• ● Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment opportunities
• ● Handle end-to-end investment processes: onboarding, documentation, payments,
• and share transfers
• ● Maintain strong relationships through regular portfolio reviews and follow-ups
• ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
• ● Acquire new clients through networking, references, and outreach

Requirements

• ● Bachelors degree required; MBA/Finance/CA qualification preferred
• ● 2 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, investment advisory, or
• private markets
• ● Strong understanding of equity markets, unlisted shares, and investment products
• ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• ● Ability to analyze financial data and simplify investment concepts for clients
• ● Comfortable with targets, client acquisition, and revenue responsibility Preferred
• Background
• ● Prior experience handling HNI or UHNI clients
• ● Exposure to private markets, PMS, AIFs, or investment banking
• ● Strong network within banking, broking, or wealth management circles
