About Zoomies Petcare:

Zoomies Petcare Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based, seed-funded clean-label pet food and nutrition startup building the next generation of pet nutrition in India.

Zoomies has crossed 1.5 Cr in monthly revenue in less than 6 months and is growing rapidly. We cater to customers across Pan India through multiple channels, including D2C, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.

We move fast, value ownership, and are building a category-defining consumer brand.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Strategy - Finance Associate - Founder's Office to work closely with the founders on high-impact business and financial decisions.
• The role sits at the intersection of Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics, and the Founder's Office.
• You will work on business problems, financial analysis, strategic initiatives, and high-priority projects with direct exposure to the founders.

What You Will Own:

• Build financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Track revenue, margins, cash flow, CAC, contribution margins, and unit economics.
• Analyse business performance and identify growth and profitability opportunities.
• Support founders on strategic decisions, investments, and new initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and category analysis.
• Build dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Drive high-priority projects from the Founder's Office.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategy, VC/PE, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• High ownership, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Startup / D2C / consumer business experience is a plus.
