• System administration:

Install, configure, and maintain ThoughtSpot servers, often on Linux-based production environments, and manage system settings, alerts, and backups.

• Performance and health monitoring:

Monitor system health, performance, and user adoption. This includes managing scheduled jobs and optimizing the environment for performance.

• Troubleshooting and support:

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve problems to ensure system availability.

• Data and environment management:

Manage data modeling, use worksheets to simplify search, and work with different security structures.

• Documentation and training:

Create and maintain technical documentation and train other team members or business users.

• Integration and versioning:

Enable and manage GIT integration for versioning and integrate with other systems as needed.
