Technical Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, compliance, analytics, and business teams to manage dependencies, risks, and solutions.
• Manage Agile product development activities including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery using tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, supporting API/service design, integrations, and large-scale platform enhancements.
• Perform advanced data analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to support product decisions and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for client integrations and new features, defining test objectives, creating test cases, validating results, and tracking defects.
• Create wireframes and UX mockups to refine user experience and interface design in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support product demonstrations, gather user feedback, and maintain a customer- and compliance-centric mindset.
• Assess, document, and communicate application issues, incidents, and risks, coordinating resolution with development and operations teams.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent initiatives and manage deliverables across global teams and time zones.
• Develop platform monitoring metrics, track performance, and drive data-driven insights.
• Stay current with industry trends in payments, compliance, and product management, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.

Essential Skills:

• Strong product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution experience.
• Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Design Thinking).
• Technical proficiency in API/service design, SQL, data querying (SQL Developer, Postgres SQL), and large-scale data platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
• Proficiency in user experience design, wireframing, and product documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex topics to technical and business leaders.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and global deliverables in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-driven with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree, 6+ years with a Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience with compliance systems, AML, Sanctions Screening, and end-to-end Case/Alert Management.
• Understanding of payments processing, financial network ecosystems, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022 standards.
• Experience with AI/ML solutions to enhance compliance and business processes.
• Ability to conduct product demos, provide insights, and address client feedback effectively.
