Zyeta - HR Business Partner - Culture/Engagement & Employer Branding

Role Overview:

As the HRBP for Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding, you will serve as the custodian of the Zyeta employee experience. This role involves bridging the gap between organizational strategy and the daily lived experience of our workforce. You will work closely with the leadership team to design interventions that sustain a high-performance culture while ensuring that our external brand presence accurately reflects our internal values. Your impact will be measured by the strength of our employer brand, the depth of employee connection to our mission, and the overall health of our organizational climate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that drive retention and foster a sense of belonging across diverse teams.
• Lead the employer branding roadmap to position Zyeta as an employer of choice, managing digital presence and external communications to attract top-tier talent.
• Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational health, implementing OD interventions that align team dynamics with long-term business objectives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with a focus on fair resolution, policy consistency, and maintaining a positive, transparent work environment.
• Design and facilitate internal communication frameworks that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with the companys growth trajectory.
• Analyze engagement data and feedback loops to provide actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decisions regarding workplace culture.

Required Skillset:

• Proven ability to translate business goals into cultural initiatives, demonstrating a deep understanding of organizational development frameworks.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the capacity to craft compelling narratives for both internal engagement and external branding.
• Strong interpersonal acumen, enabling you to build trust with stakeholders at all levels and navigate sensitive employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end employer branding campaigns, including social media strategy, content creation, and talent marketing.
• Proficiency in using HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of engagement programs and refine strategies based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in HRBP or culture-focused roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-led environment, maintaining a high degree of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a hybrid work setting.
