Zyla Health - Data Analyst

How you will make an impact:

• Develop deep and actionable insights into business performance with clear strategic and operational implications.
• Prepare business reports and MIS dashboards for leadership and external clients, ensuring high-quality data-driven decision support.
• Automate dashboards and stakeholder trackers to streamline data flow and reporting accuracy.
• Execute advanced analytics projects using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to uncover business insights and trends.
• Translate data findings into product insights, helping inform and optimize product and business strategies.

We are looking for people who:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence or similar domains.
• Python for data manipulation, analytics, and automation.
• SQL for database querying and data management.
• Advanced Excel, including Macros for efficient data handling.
• Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Report automation leveraging multiple tools and platforms.
