Role Description The Human Resources Talent Acquisition role at Zyntiq is a part-time hybrid position based in Jalandhar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The position also supports HR-related documentation, onboarding coordination for interns and employees, and adherence to organizational HR policies and procedures. The individual will contribute to improving recruitment strategies, supporting campus and internship drives, and providing timely communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to help ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and support employee lifecycle needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining HR records, assisting with onboarding, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.
• Proficiency with basic HR and productivity tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, online communication platforms).
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; internship or prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is an advantage.
