Private Equity Fund Accountant

What role you will play in team: Maintain accurate accounting records for private equity funds.

What you will do: Process transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibility:

• Process fund transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and management fees.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CA designation preferred.
• Experience with private equity fund accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
