Loan Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of loan products, including Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Education Loans, and Loan Against Property.
• Explain and assist with loan refinancing, consolidation, and interest rate reduction strategies.
• Provide clear guidance on documentation requirements for each loan type.
• Address all client queries related to loan eligibility, processing, repayment terms, and refinancing options.
  
• Act as a client-facing representative maintaining professionalism, trust, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of client needs.
