Job Description

    As an Inbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be managing sales inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and social platforms. You will be tasked with identifying potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable solutions from our product offerings. Conducting needs analysis and providing product demonstrations will be crucial in converting inquiries into successful sales. Additionally, you will be expected to negotiate deals, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Staying updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market activities will be essential in your role. You will also have the opportunity to participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products. Tracking sales activities using CRM software and providing regular reports to management will be part of your routine tasks.
    To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in inbound sales or a related role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in computer usage and CRM software. Building rapport quickly with potential customers, understanding the sales process, and possessing strong time management and organizational skills are also crucial. You should be willing to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. The compensation for this role is 3-4 LPA with additional incentives.
