We are hiring Freshers and experienced candidates for a multinational transportation company, Work From Office@Mumbai -Kurla West

    You'll be expected to help onboard new driver-partners, provide exceptional support, and quickly adapt to an ever-growing business. You have retail or customer service experience and are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with partners. You have a passion for helping and empowering others and are good at quickly and efficiently troubleshooting problems. And if you don't know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask. You are personable, highly organized, and a patient teacher. You are self-motivated and a great team player. This is a temporary, contract role with the potential for extension. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Deliver 5-star, in-person support for our partners. Walk new drivers through onboarding and all the tools to be successful drivers. Resolve driver issues and questions. Stay on top of processes and tools. Work with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures.

  • Requirements Requirements
    • Experience: Fresher or upto 2yrs exp in any tele-calling or customer support

    Qualification- Minimum Graduate and above
  • Eligibility Criteria-
  • Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • We need people with strong problem-solving skills, who don't shy away from in-person interactions.
  • A person should be flexible to do work from the office.
  • Benefits
    • S alary-  NTH: 17k + 4k Variable pay + Performance based incentives
