Network Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Network Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing network systems while ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. This role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewall management, and network security.
Key Responsibilities:
L2 Support Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level support for network-related incidents, resolving escalated issues from L1 support.
• 
  Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Assist in managing firewalls, VPNs, and proxy servers to ensure secure network access.
• Perform configuration and maintenance of network devices, including switches, routers, and access points.
• Conduct regular monitoring and health checks using network monitoring tools.
• Document issue resolutions, root cause analyses, and network configurations.

Min exp req -2 to 4 yrs

Location - Chembur

Notice period - Immediate to 15days joiners are preferred
