• About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to generate new business, build client relationships and drive revenue growth. Freshers with strong communication and a target-driven mindset are welcome to apply.

• Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails and online channels to generate leads and convert them into business
• Understand client and pitch suitable products/services
• Handle client interaction, follow-ups and relationship management
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
• Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups and sales in CRM/Excel
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple leads and deadlines
