As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing and structuring historical company assets, documents, and operational data to develop AI models that enhance decision making, automation, and insights. Your work will lay the foundation for AI driven efficiencies across claims processing, denials management, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

? Collect, clean, and analyze historical data, SOPs, claim records, payer interactions, and RCM workflows to train AI models.

? Develop predictive models for denial probability, revenue forecasting, and operational optimization.

? Work with AI Engineers to fine-tune largescale ML models tailored to RCM operations.

? Implement NLP driven AI models to extract key insights from unstructured data sources (emails, call logs, claim notes).

? Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with US based HIPAA and SOC 2 standards.

? Continuously improve AI model accuracy using feedback loops from real time operational data.

? Collaborate with Automation Engineers and RCM domain experts to create actionable AI driven insights.

? 2+ Years Experience in data science, machine learning, and AI model training.

? Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and Google Vertex AI.

? Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, and cloud-based data warehousing.

? Experience in NLP, statistical modeling, and time-series forecasting.

? Prior experience in RCM, healthcare data, or insurance analytics is a strong plus.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and in teams.
