Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, colleges, sports academies, real estate developers, and government projects
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients for sports infrastructure solutions (turfs, courts, stadium fittings, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, procurement) for project delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
