Deputy Vice President/Assistant Vice President/Portfolio Manager - Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients with 1 Cr - 5 Cr+ investable surplus.
- Drive new client acquisition, AUA growth and revenue generation.
- Understand client financial goals, risk profile and investment needs and provide financial planning and portfolio solutions.
- Advise clients across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs and other relevant wealth products.
- Execute investment transactions and conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing.
- Ensure disciplined asset allocation in line with client objectives and defined risk parameters.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive client servicing and engagement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business, AUA and revenue targets.
- Maintain a balanced product mix, including Mutual Funds for recurring/annuity revenue and other asset classes.
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure adherence to risk, suitability, compliance and advisory guidelines.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and delivery of required MIS/portfolio reports.
- Track market and competitor developments and identify new investment and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Wealth, Portfolio Management, or Investment Advisory.
- Proven track record of HNI/UHNI client acquisition and AUA generation.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, Mutual Funds, PMS and AIFs.
- Strong client relationship, business development and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, compliance orientation and client-centricity.
