- Reporting To: Head Talent Acquisition / CHRO
Role Overview:

- We are looking for a seasoned Campus Hiring Leader to architect and scale our national early-talent acquisition strategy.
- This role will own the end-to-end campus lifecycle workforce planning, institute strategy, selection architecture, offer governance, and early talent pipeline quality aligned to long-term business growth and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campus Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Translate annual headcount plan into structured campus hiring roadmap
- Identify Tier 1 / Tier 2 / emerging institutes aligned to skill clusters
- Build multi-year campus engagement framework
- Own hiring budgets and cost optimization targets
2. University Relationship Management
- Develop strong partnerships with TPOs, Deans, and faculty
- Lead employer branding initiatives: hackathons, case competitions, tech talks
- Position the organization as a preferred recruiter across key campuses
3. Selection & Process Governance
- Design standardized assessment architecture (aptitude, technical, case, panel rounds)
- Improve offer-to-join ratio and joining predictability
- Drive automation via ATS, AI-screening, dashboards
- Ensure SLA adherence across regions
4. Internship & PPO Engine
- Structure internship-to-PPO conversion model
- Build pre-joining engagement programs
- Monitor early attrition and quality-of-hire metrics
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor regional campus recruiters
- Define KPIs and performance scorecards
- Manage external partners (assessment vendors / RPOs)
