Job Description

Role Overview :Regional Manager- This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key clients. The Regional Manager works closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. This role directly impacts the company's overall growth and success by increasing market share and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies within a competitive market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and key account management principles.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree/PG in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
