About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web and desktop application development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality application components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Integrate applications with APIs and third-party services.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools/IDEs such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms for development, debugging, code optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Experience in developing scalable web applications and desktop applications.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and application architecture.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Electron.js .
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment across platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
