Role Overview

We are seeking a Content & SEO Executive to manage and optimize learning content across the Stock Pathshala app and other websites. The candidate will handle content uploads, moderate live classes, and review blogs for SEO and quality before publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Management:

• Upload and update educational content (videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.) on the Stock Pathshala app.
• Ensure all content is formatted properly and error-free.
• Coordinate with trainers and content creators for updates or corrections.

2. Class Moderation:

• Moderate live or recorded classes and maintain engagement.
• Assist educators during sessions and handle learner queries or issues.

3. Blog Review & SEO Optimization:

• Review blogs for grammar, readability, and factual accuracy.
• Optimize content using keywords and basic SEO techniques.
• 
  Work with the content and marketing team to improve visibility and performance.

1. Content Management Efficiency

• 100% of assigned content uploaded/updated within deadlines.
• Maintain at least 98% accuracy in uploaded materials (no missing files, wrong tags, or errors).

2. Blog Review & SEO Optimization

• Review and optimize a minimum of 35-40 blogs per day (based on quality, readability, and keyword optimization).
• Ensure all reviewed blogs meet the SEO standards.
• Organic ranking of articles shall serve as a direct performance indicator for content reviewers.
• Improved keyword rankings and increased organic traffic to reviewed blogs will be key success measures.

3. Class Moderation & Engagement

• Maintain quick response times during live classes (target: under 2 minutes).
• Ensure learner engagement through timely communication and participation monitoring.
• Report class activity summaries and feedback regularly.

  Get Hired

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in stock markets or financial education is a plus.
