Job Description
- Role Overview:
As an Accounts Manager at our company located in Vapi, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in managing the finance and accounts department. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and taxation laws, managing audits, developing budgets, providing financial analysis, supervising the accounts team, and establishing internal control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for effective cost control
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making and business growth
- Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions as required

Qualification Required:
- Education: M.Com / MBA in Finance & Accounts (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills,
