Job Description

As an Assistant HR Executive and Trainer in the hospitality & restaurants industry based in Kolkata, your role will involve various responsibilities and tasks.
**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and training programs in outlets, ensuring smooth coordination between outlets and head office teams, and conducting regular visits to monitor outlet operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Regular Outlet Visits: Stay with seniors to monitor outlet operations through scheduled visits.

- Grievance Management: Address and resolve outlet-level staff grievances effectively.
- Attendance & Field Oversight: Monitor attendance and ensure discipline through on-ground field work.
- Headhunting & Recruitment: Source candidates, conduct outlet-level interviews, and maintain a CV bank for emergency recruitment.
- Documentation Control: Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation at the outlet level.
- Manpower Tracking: Compare actual vs. sanctioned employees at each outlet for workforce alignment.
- Updates & Communication: Coordinate and circulate the latest updates, policies, and instructions to outlets.

- Head Office Coordination: Ensure smooth HR and operational coordination between outlets and head office teams.
- Training & Development: Oversee and conduct training programs across F&B service, kitchen outlets, and corporate teams to ensure consistent standards and skill enhancement.
**Qualification Required:**
- Bachelor's Degree in any domain
- At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality and restaurants industry
