Job Description
- You will be joining our Human Resources team as a Compensation Analyst where your main responsibility will be to support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. Your role will involve leveraging Visier and Excel for performing recurring and ad-hoc HR data audits to maintain data consistency and accuracy. Collaborating with the HRIS Team to identify and test system and process enhancements will be a key part of your job to improve efficiency. You will also work with HRBPs and HR Operations to create MRPs and process employee compensation changes in SuccessFactors.
