Assistant General Manager - Cost Controller - Pricing & Costing - Manufacturing - CA

Job Title: Asst General Manager Cost Controller (Pricing & Costing) Position based at Corporate office, Chennai.
Education:
CA Experience 10 Years minimum, Age 42 - 48yrs.
- 1. Good exposure & working experience on SAP - CO & FICO.
- 2. Good knowledge of Ind AS, Financial Accounting.
- 3. Excellent on MS Excel, PowerPoint & good Communication Skill.
B. / Responsibilities:
- 1. Review of BOM and Routing SKU wise of all Products.
- 2. Share observations with the technical learn for BOM and Routing updating.
- 3. Product wise / Businesswise contribution analysis - Customer wise / SKU wise.
- 4. Review Standard and Actual cost, updating Standard Costing norms.
- 5. Analysis on cost variance and preparing cost sheet for all major SKUs.

- 6. Review of SKU wise Sales Price & Cost analysis.
- 7. Valuation of Inventories, ageing and analysis.
- 8. Inter Plant comparison of Cost components.
- 9. Analysis of Cost Structure and preparation and analysis of Cost Accounting records for meaningful insights for Business Verticals.
- 10. Compliance with Cost Audit and procedures as per cost accounting principles.
- 11. Monitor and analyse financial data and prepare MIS as and when required.
- 12. Assisting in finalisation of Books of Accounts - Monthly / Quarterly / Annual.
