Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Pricing & Costing

We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong expertise in Pricing, Costing, SAP CO/FICO, Financial Accounting and MIS.
Key Skills:
- Strong working experience in SAP CO & FICO
- Good knowledge of Ind AS & Financial Accounting
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expertise in Product Costing, Pricing & Cost Variance Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Review BOM and Routing SKU-wise across products and coordinate with technical teams for updates.
- Conduct product-wise / business-wise contribution analysis, including customer and SKU-level analysis.
- Review standard vs. actual costs and update standard costing norms.
- Analyse cost variances and prepare cost sheets for major SKUs.

- Review SKU-wise sales price and cost analysis.
- Conduct inventory valuation, ageing and analysis.
- Perform inter-plant cost component comparisons and analyse cost structures.
- Prepare and analyse Cost Accounting records to provide meaningful business insights.
- Ensure compliance with Cost Audit and Cost Accounting principles.
- Monitor and analyse financial data and prepare MIS reports as required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closure/finalisation of books of accounts.
