Chief Financial Officer - IPO/Reverse Merger - Pharma/Healthcare/Medical Equipment

Purpose of the Role:

To lead and execute the financial, regulatory, and strategic process for achieving stock market listing through a reverse merger or other optimal structuring options. The CFO will play a pivotal role in integrating the private limited company with the listed entity, ensuring compliance, governance, valuation alignment, and seamless post-transaction operations within the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IPO/ Reverse Merger / Strategic Listing Execution:

2. Coordination with Professional Advisors:

• Act as single point of contact with:
• 1. Investment Bankers / Merchant Bankers
• 2. Legal Advisors
• 3. Statutory & Peer Review Auditors
• 4. Valuers and Secretarial Auditors

• Coordinate due diligence, scheme drafting, filings, and approvals.
• Manage queries from regulators, exchanges, and shareholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CFA.
• 13-18 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.
• Mandatory experience in at least one reverse merger, amalgamation, or listed-company transaction.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing and trading sector financials.
• Hands-on experience dealing with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and listed-company compliances.
