Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an IT Recruiting Intern. The IT Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting in identifying, attracting, and hiring IT professionals. Daily tasks include managing the full life cycle recruiting process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. You will also be involved in technical recruiting and ensuring a smooth hiring process for all IT roles.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Knowledge of effective hiring practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
